Yahoo! Buys Zimbra

Last week's announcement of Yahoo!'s acquisition of Zimbra was not a major surprise, although I had expected that Google would have been the more likely suitor for Zimbra. Zimbra's technology is quite good, their interface is very slick and they are acquiring customers at a decent pace. The acquisition may signal Yahoo!'s re-entry into the business market in a more serious way, although the primary thrust is likely to be primarily in the SMB market, not so much in the enterprise space.
