of the organizations we surveyed and that this percentage is expected
to climb to 93% during the next 12 months.

your company/organization settled on one or more products as an IM
standard?
Among
organizations that have adopted a corporate standard, 61% have adopted
Lotus Sametime; among these organizations with more than 1,000 email
users, 73% have adopted Lotus Sametime.
